Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By ordering or using any Five-Host service you agree to these terms. Services are provided by SC FIVE CYBER HOST SECURITY SRL (CUI 41758330, Reg. J34/574/2020), based in Scrioaștea, Teleorman County, Romania.

2. Services & delivery

Most services are provisioned automatically after payment is confirmed. Setup times are estimates; dedicated servers and IP-related products may require manual verification before delivery.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to host or transmit illegal content, launch attacks, send spam, or engage in activity that disrupts our network or other customers. We operate 1 Tbps+ DDoS protection to keep the platform stable and reserve the right to null-route traffic during active attacks.

4. Billing & renewals

Services are billed in advance for the chosen cycle. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension and, after a grace period, termination and data deletion.

5. Refunds

Free trials require no payment. For paid services, refund eligibility depends on the product type; custom and setup-fee items are non-refundable. Contact support to discuss your case.

6. Support & maintenance

Standard support is available 24/7 via Discord and WhatsApp. Managed maintenance retainers include a fixed monthly time allocation that does not roll over.

7. Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis with a 99.9% uptime target. We are not liable for indirect losses; our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the relevant billing period.
